Thomas J. Maffeo “TJ”

Age 24, late of Joliet, died suddenly Wednesday October 5, 2011 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet, lifelong resident. He graduated from St. Jude Grade School in Joliet. Preceded in death by his mother Dianna (Hartley), paternal grandfather Louis Maffeo, and maternal grandparents James W. and Margaret Hartley. Survived by his loving daughters Gracie and Isabella, his father Thomas, a sister Alicia Maffeo, paternal grandmother Bernadine (Kramerich) Maffeo, nieces and nephew Kayli, Katrina and Anthony Glidic, special friends Dori, Misty and Jacob Campbell and Connie Weese. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 am in the O’NEIL FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 1105 E. 9TH ST. (159TH ST.) LOCKPORT, with Deacon Rob Weierman Officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation Monday 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
